Blackcurrant Recipes

Blackcurrants are great for including in your baking but they quite an acquired taste if you are going to eat them raw. They also grow very easily and can give a large crop over quite a short space of time. As a result you can often end up with a lot of berries that you don’t quite know what to do with, and no matter how long they sit in the fruit bowl they are unlikely to be touched.
